Technical Support Engineer

Opportunity to participate in project implementation at leading banks in Vietnam.
Receive training on technology and business processes related to the Payment sector.
Perform daily customer support tasks for assigned clients within the scope of warranty/maintenance contracts.
Responsible for assisting customers in system compliance upgrade projects
Support customers with periodic compliance testing tasks with international card organizations.
Participate in implementation projects for customers and complete assigned tasks for each project.
Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, integrations, applications, services, and competitors.
Install and configure OpenWay software at customer sites; provide on-site training for customers; perform troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Be part of the project team responsible for all project management and technical issues related to the project.
Monitor technical issues and perform troubleshooting.
Ensure incident resolution processes and procedures are followed.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding service system-related issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and PL/SQL
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand English
Creativity and eagerness to learn
Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
