Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in customer-facing communications.
- Support and proactively engage in the sales cycle by managing tender fulfillment, bidding administration, RFIs and RFPs. Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs and hands-on workshops in collaboration with the pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
- Assist in presenting and responding to proposals for specific customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adjusting technical content to meet their knowledge and interests. Manage meetings with audiences on multiple levels.
- Maintain and update the contract, agreement and account management databases.
- Oversee all account-related activities including pre-sales, sales, project execution and support, acting as the primary contact for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, customers, partners and competitors, global market trends, local and regional market conditions.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets.
- Recommend improvements in materials, solutions, or processes to enhance company and client outcomes.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in software or banking with business administration or customer relationship management
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience and successful sales track record
- Strong sales, customer relations and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Process- and results-oriented, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations
- Effectively facilitates team and client meetings
- Strong client relationship and management skills, commitment to reliability and integrity
- Maintains a positive attitude while being attentive to potential risks and challenges
- Demonstrates flexibility in daily tasks
- Sets high performance standards and strives to meet them
- Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Skilled in communicating difficult and sensitive information tactfully
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Resourceful and self-sufficient
- Availability to travel, approximately 50% of the time
