Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and sustain robust relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and design effective strategies to pursue them.
- Present payment industry insights with confidence and professionalism, adapting to varying audience knowledge levels while demonstrating a deep understanding of our products.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing clients and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with business and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze customer requirements and feedback to enhance our offerings and strengthen relationships.
- Support the sales cycle by managing tenders, RFIs, and RFPs, and by conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and hands-on workshops in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Monitor all account-related activities from pre-sales and sales to project execution and support, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic insights into business development and competitive positioning.
- Maintain contract, agreement, and account management databases.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and evolution, as well as emerging trends in customer, partner, and competitor dynamics across global and Asian markets.
- Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets.
- Recommend improvements to materials, solutions, or processes for the benefit of the company and its clients.

Requirements
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- Possess a background in software solutions or finance/banking, which is considered an advantage
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven sales track record
- Demonstrate exceptional selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Deliver informative and well-organized presentations
- Be an effective team player with strong communication skills at all organizational levels
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Maintain a robust track record of task follow-through and deal closure
- Exhibit confident negotiation abilities and the knack for closing deals
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and handle ambiguities in a remote working environment
- Show a keen interest in the technology sector, especially in payment systems and the banking industry
- Embrace a growth mindset and demonstrate willingness to explore innovative solutions
- Thrive as a self-starter who works autonomously towards achieving set goals
