After OpenWay's HR team receives your CV, we will carefully evaluate your educational background, professional skills, work experience, and projects you've participated in. The goal is to determine if you're a good fit for the position you're applying for. Make sure your CV clearly reflects all abilities and achievements relevant to the position. We’ll do our best to contact you within 24-48 hours after you apply. So be ready to receive a call from HR and don’t forget to frequently check your Gmail, LinkedIn, and Zalo accounts!

After passing the CV review, you'll have a 15 to 20 minute phone chat with an OpenWay Vietnam HR representative. The goal is to clarify further personal details and get a better understanding of your technical background. Treat this as an opportunity for OpenWay to learn more about you. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about OpenWay.

You’ll embark on a rigorous 2-hour mental workout with these tests, so it’s advisable to prepare yourself and organize your schedule beforehand. If you're interviewing for a back-office role, you won’t need this step.

After passing the test, you’ll be invited to a competency interview. Here, you get a chance to show off your expertise and tackle real-life challenges at OpenWay. Impress an interview panel made up of Team Leads and Senior Managers who will present you with problems to solve and ask you questions in an hour-long session. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills, professional knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Don't be embarrassed to consult with the interviewers if you need more information. This interview is a two-way street, so feel free to ask your own questions to find out if the company culture aligns with your preferences.

This is a round in OpenWay's recruitment process exclusively for high-level positions or positions directly under the CEO or a managerial position. The interview will be conducted by a team manager, the board of directors, or the CEO of OpenWay.
The goal of this round is for company leaders to listen more closely to your personal development expectations and career growth plans. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to ask about the company’s vision and development opportunities at OpenWay directly from company's own trailblazers.
