Responsibilities
Administrative responsibilities
- Manage general administrative duties including correspondence, office facilities, equipment and stationery.
- Plan, coordinate and organize internal/external meeting and events such as: Year end party, summer vacation for staffs and their family, Outing day, Marketing day, signing contract ceremony.
- Collect ideal, prepare presents for Clients/Staffs in the Lunar New Year or Mid-Autumn festival.
- Monitor company budget and expenses.
HR responsibilities
- Managing entire employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.
- Plan and support recruitment process, such as collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, job posting, screening CV, arrange interviews.
- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, annual performance appraisal and training plans.
- Assisting in Payroll processing, C&B tasks.
- Act as a consultant to managers regarding policies and procedures.
- Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
- Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.
- Do ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably with Banking IT industry background.
- Good command of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to perform in an evolving environment as well as to learn and adapt rapidly to new environment.
