Associate HR & Operation Executive

Responsibilities

Administrative responsibilities

  • Manage general administrative duties including correspondence, office facilities, equipment and stationery.
  • Plan, coordinate and organize internal/external meeting and events such as: Year end party, summer vacation for staffs and their family, Outing day, Marketing day, signing contract ceremony.
  • Collect ideal, prepare presents for Clients/Staffs in the Lunar New Year or Mid-Autumn festival.
  • Monitor company budget and expenses.

HR responsibilities

  • Managing entire employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.
  • Plan and support recruitment process, such as collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, job posting, screening CV, arrange interviews.
  • Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, annual performance appraisal and training plans.
  • Assisting in Payroll processing, C&B tasks.
  • Act as a consultant to managers regarding policies and procedures.
  • Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
  • Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.
  • Do ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferably with Banking IT industry background.
  • Good command of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to perform in an evolving environment as well as to learn and adapt rapidly to new environment.
